We really think Food Network or the Cooking Channel is really missing out by not having Henry Phillips’ cooking show Henry’s Kitchen on in their late night/early morning programming. 

Sure, the recipes may not go according to plan and the chef may seem lonelier than anyone you know, but that’s kind of what makes the show great.
