‘Tis the spooky season and that means that the annual comedians-donning-a-costume-of-another-comedian-for-a-giant-show is coming soon!

Schtick or Treat (presented by Mark Normand and Matt Ruby), now in its 11th year, is back at the Virgil on Sunday, Oct. 28th at 7PM with wonderful hosts Jason Saenz and Nick Turner. As we said, your favorite comedians around town (and around the country) will dress up and perform as famous comedians, dead or alive. It’s always a blast (even that one year where an entire back table dressed up as ghosts and kept saying “boo” the whole time).

Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 cash at door. Get them in advance here!

At 10:30PM on October 31st, we hope you’re sober enough and partied out enough to catch that night’s episode of Full Frontal with Samantha Bee as it will include an interview with President Barack Obama. This is definitely a milestone for the show that, remember, just started earlier this year.

Undoubtedly, it’ll be on their YouTube page the next day if you did Halloween a little too hard.

When you’re a monster of a human being, you often wouldn’t be self-aware of your own horrific nature. In fact, you have probably gotten so far below the depths of your humanity that ever having a metaphorical mirror held up to you is probably an exercise in futility.

The “secret” Pablo Escobar sitcom, It’s Pablo, “uncovered” by Más Mejor shines a light on this phenomenon in the latest episode.

Watch it here.

Though the Christmas ads popping up before web videos might say otherwise, it is indeed Halloween.

Thus, you’re probably getting your costumes, decorations, etc. ready for tonight. Before you get too into preparations, perhaps you should take some tips from some of comedy’s best and brightest.

Conan O’Brien’s prop master Bill Tull has some budget costume tips.

Stephen Colbert has a quick how to guide on how to carve jack-o-lanterns.

Also, Dan Harmon has advice to specifically dress like Dan Harmon if that’s something you’d be into.

While you might not have the scariest Halloween, you’ll have plenty of fun doing all of the above, screwing up pumpkins and costumes for cheap.

As a great description of Donald Trump’s appearance involves a pumpkin, Josh Androsky took submissions for the best jack-o-lanterns carved into a representation of the Republican presidential candidate.

After picking his favorite, Androsky made sure that the eerie visage was in Trump’s sight by taking it near his very own building and then making sure everyone else on the street saw it as well be clear on Trump’s platform thus far.

If that’s not trolling for greatness, then you’re probably like the one Trump supporter Josh meets.
