Sam Morrison, a wonderful, touring-round-the-world comedian, is hot on the trail of being the next big solo show turning into, possibly, a Broadway sensation (and probably a big time special) with his Sugar Daddy. Up and coming NYC comedy star Sam Morrison has really put himself on the map with his delightful solo show about the loss of the love of his life, Sugar Daddy. He has already done a go of it at the Edinburgh Fringe and is currently in the middle of run at the SoHo Playhouse.

As if that wasn’t enough, he just got to do a bit of it on Late Night with Seth Meyers as a stand-up set for his late night network TV debut. The way that Sam Morrison specifically has woven in humor through his own grief is so full of truth-is-stranger-than-fiction sort of surprises that we’re pretty sure you’ll want to see the whole story after watching this set.

FYI, Sugar Daddy is playing at SoHo Playhouse in NYC through 2/17.
