Think presidential debate except less OLD WHITE MEN and more uhm, fun. Three unpopular opinions with 60 seconds from each side to plead their case. The catch? The invited guests have no idea what the opinions are and YOU get the final vote. So get ready, get cringe, and let’s talk some s#!t!

THIS MONTH’S THEME: ELECTIONS!

This NYT’s “Critic Pick” is BACK after a long break for a special Election Year edition of Unpopular Opinions…and guess what? PERU FINALLY GETS TO ADMIT HE DOES NOT VOTE but for reasons you will hopefully understand (:’D). It’s our time to air our grievances not about actual politics, but about our secretly favorite — or least favorite — parts about election season in the US and maybe beyond?! From all of the boring outfits to all of the scandalous ads, we are breaking elections down and lifting our spirits up before November’s big one (pause for dramatic effect and a quick cry and/or scream).
