The Shit Show (in NYC)

The shit show is a puppet/clown piece inspired by the Anti Chamber by Baedan: an anal retentive clown has a shameful family secret they must never let go of at all costs, as they attempt to perform the most perfect clown piece ever created, all the things they have gripped onto so tightly begin to explode out of them against their will (literally). The shit show is an absurd exploration into the way assimilation into whiteness mangles our digestion and connects the Western disdain for cycles of life and death to our strange need to never look at our own shit.
