The unsavory clips made famous by the likes of Maury, Jerry Springer and Sally Jesse Raphael will be improvised by guest performers who will try to capture the “can’t look away” essence of the shows that dominated American afternoons for a decade. Viewers can expect unhinged characters, fights, tears, broken relationships, quack specialists, DNA testing and audience comments.
