After 200,000 years in the fear business, the Bogeyman books his very first session with a Beverly Hills therapist, and it goes about as well as you’d expect. Between the fifty-minute hour, a FaceTime call from his imaginary mother, and a keynote speech looming at the annual Monster Congress, the Bogeyman has developed an alarming new condition: a sense of humor.

*The Apology* is a live reading of a one-act comedy written by Leon Mandel.
