Join stand up comedian Sureni Weerasekera and her many lovers for a night of stand up comedy at Manhattan’s Von Bar! They will be yapping with the crowd, taking questions, making fun of Sri Lankans, lesbians, running old classics and workshopping new material on family, open relationships, eating the rich, etc; a couple of her fav local comics will be opening!

Sureni Weerasekera is a queer Sri Lankan-born, San Diego-raised, & New York-based stand-up comedian, actor, and writer. She is known for her lighthearted, conversational banter to her ruthless, dark jabs. She has worked with Netflix, Don’t Tell Comedy, HBO Amazon Prime and META.
