Sex and Nature Salon: What’s the deal with gay frogs? (YouTube Live-stream)
February 10, 2021 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pmFREE w/RSVP
The Sex & Nature Salon invites writers, performers, artists, researchers, students, teachers and everyone curious to help us resolve the greatest debate of modern times: what’s the deal with gay frogs? Comedians, academics and even a special guest appearance from gay frogs themselves unpack the cultural significance of these green queens who hopped from queer icons to an alt-right meme.
Are frogs truly on the LGBTQ+ continuum? Why are social media trolls so worked up about it? And what’s the secret to making YOUR favourite creature go viral? Stand-up comedy and fascinating talks combine to present an evening of mind-blowing insight, sexual knowledge, politics and hilarity – with prizes for audience who leap into the challenges!
