Overdressed Humans: A Work in Progress (in LA)

April 23 @ 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm
$17.85
  • « The Pat Pat Club (in LA)
  • Chris Fleming and Friends (in LA) »

In a world increasingly run by AI, algorithms, automation, and optimization… two middle-aged, overdressed women, Alisha Gaddis and Ilana Cohn Sullivan, are fighting back the only way they know how: with sketches, dancing, big feelings, live comedy, and pure ridiculousness.

OVERDRESSED HUMANS: A WORK IN PROGRESS is a brand-new live comedy show that blends sketch comedy, physical comedy, character work, movement, theatrical bits, and beautifully inappropriate levels of glamour. Think Carol Burnett meets Cabaret meets SNL meets two women who absolutely refuse to dress appropriately for the apocalypse.

This is a work-in-progress night, which means the audience gets to be part of the process. You will see new material, new sketches, new characters, and possibly things that have never been performed in front of humans before. Some of it will be brilliant. Some of it will be unhinged. All of it will be very, very human.
