Stand Up for Heroes, New York City’s highly anticipated night of hope, healing, and laughter, presented by the Bob Woodruff Foundation and the New York Comedy Festival, returns for its 19th year as part of the November 7-16 NYCF festival. The night will feature performances by top comedians, musicians, and Broadway stars, including Mike Birbiglia, Alex Edelman, Jim Gaffigan, Idina Menzel, Leslie Odom, Jr., Tom Papa, and Jon Stewart. The show will spotlight inspiring stories of resilience and service, while raising awareness and critical funds for the Bob Woodruff Foundation, whose mission is to ensure that our nation’s veterans, service members, and their families — those who stood for us — have stable and successful futures.
