Since nobody ever asked, Aizzah Fatima (HBO’, Dirtry Paki Lingerie) and Atheer Yacoub (Comedy Central) created the show Muslim Girls DTF: Discuss Their Faith to dismantle Islamophobia and talk about culturally taboo subjects like dating, sex, and body hair. The live stage show will showcase stand-up from the creators alongside a diverse lineup of uncensored Muslim female comedians including Dina Hashem (Amazon), Maysoon Zayid (co-founder New York Arab American Comedy Fest), Kaneez Surka (Amazon) and more.
