LBJ: The Play (in NYC)

A teacher hires local performer Sunny Zimmerman to give a simple historical presentation as LBJ. The only problem is Sunny’s gone method—they’ve been living and breathing as Lyndon Johnson, and LBJ’s decided this is his once chance to salvage his legacy with an ambitious theatrical production. As his vision doesn’t go according to plan, the boundaries between actor and role become increasingly blurred
