Improvised Baggage (in LA)

November 30, 2023 @ 10:00 pm - 11:30 pm
$10
  • « Accidental Chaos (in LA)
  • Eastville Comedy Club (in NYC) »

Improvised Baggage is a character show with improv elements based on the moderately successful Game Show Network dating show from the 2010s “Baggage”. Matthew Newman and Lilliana Winkworth serve as your hosts introducing some of LA’s best character performers and their fictionalized emotional “baggage” to one lucky Bachelorette who will win a date with one of our fictional contestants. In each of the show’s three rounds, a new level of “baggage” (small, medium, and large) is revealed. This baggage can be anything from a small weird childhood quirk (loved the smell of feet) to a large moment from their past (like how they left someone at the altar for their dad). Improvised Baggage is everything that trash TV was in the 2010s and everything trash TV of today wishes it could be.

Featuring: Emily Pendergast, Kimia Behpoornia, Danielle Shvartsman, Ryan Barton, Luke Millington-Drake, Lindsey Mallard, Matthew Newman, Lilliana Winkworth
