How to Live & Make Art in These F**ked-Up Times (in NYC)

June 9 @ 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm
$17.95
  • « (7-8PM Hourly) The Green Room Melrose (near LA)
  • Performance Anxiety (in LA) »

A diverse lineup of musicians and comedians takes on this existential topic in a series of 10-minute performances followed by a discussion that will figure everything out — like PBS News Hour but more badass!

Today people are overwhelmed by politics, war, chaos, and the “enshittification” of life. Many artists feel discouraged or that their work is frivolous, when in fact it is needed more than ever. In this experimental variety show, performers confront our dumpster-fire reality from different perspectives, relying on their best tools — imagination, humor, and vulnerability. It may lead to greater understanding, world peace, or just a fun night out!

Featuring: Abbi Crutchfield, Tim Ellis, Tanasha G, Lauren Maul, and Matt Park

Hosted by Hasina Foye
