Help Out with Joe Kwaczala’s Big Movie (in LA)

October 4, 2024 @ 9:30 pm - 11:00 pm
$17.85
  • « Bob Hope’s WWIII USO Training Variety Hour @ Knickerbocker Underground (in NYC)
  • The Tiny Cupboard (in NYC) »

Comedian Joe Kwaczala (Comedy Central, ClickHole) is making his first feature film in collaboration with documentary filmmaker Daniel J. Clark (Behind the Curve, Cheer.) However, this will be a FAKE documentary, and it will take place in the world of standup. As part of the process of making this film, we will be filming at real shows, and we’re putting on our own at the Lyric Hyperion Friday October 4th! We will be treating like a real show with real comedians who will entertain you, but also Joe will be doing sets “in character” and stuff. You’ll know he’s in character because his hair’s gonna look stupid! But anyway, it’ll be a really fun time and certainly a unique experience!
