Another Happy Day Screening! (in LA)

Gravitas Ventures will release Another Happy Day starring Lauren Lapkus, Carrie Coon, Jean Elie, and Marilyn Dodds Frank on October 1 to streaming video on demand platforms! Join members of the cast and crew, and writer/director Nora Fiffer for an exclusive pre release screening at LA’s own Dynasty Typewriter on September 28th! Doors and Social Hour begin at 2, and the screening will start at 3.

Another Happy Day is an absurd, tense comedy exploring postpartum depression, intergenerational friendship, and what it means to be family. It begins when, desperate for some company, delirious new mother Joanna tumbles into an unlikely friendship with her estranged Aunt Miriam, a reclusive actress. Miriam seems the perfect companion for Joanna: she’s artsy, honest, eccentric, and she hates babies. But all goes haywire when Joanna attempts to mother her aunt instead of her baby.
