John D. Beck & Ron Hart met Joey Bragg when they cast him in the Disney Channel show they created, “Liv And Maddie.” After his era of being a Disney Prince, Joey continued to work as an actor (“Call Your Mother”, “Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later”) but he focused on his stand up career. Onstage, Joey speaks openly about the struggles of being a young adult who went to school in a trailer on a movie lot. Beck & Hart thought there was a great story to be told about the often difficult transition from child star to regular adult. “Dumpster Fire” is a speculative screenplay about that story. They will be doing a multi-media staged reading of the bawdy, edgy script with a troupe of hysterical actors. It is a wild and fun night of comedy.
