Just To Be Close To You is a solo clown show starring the renowned lounge singer Carl Poteraychke, who is here to serenade, seduce, and show you what it means to love…just for an hour. Expect to be thoroughly wooed as this award-winning show is re-opened and reimagined before your very eyes.

Winner: Best of Fest, Outstanding Comedy, World Premier, Cultural Exchange, and Artists’ Pick (2025 San Diego Fringe).

Nominated: Top of Fringe, Adelaide Exchange, and Daredevil Award (2025 Hollywood Fringe).

Created and performed by Cam Poter (@CamOnCam69) with generous workshopping, direction, love, and technical support from Jeremy Poter (@poterspickles), Paul Levenhagen, and Shawn Stoner.
