Alison Leiby: For This? (in NYC)

May 17 @ 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm
$15.92
  • « Eastville Comedy Club (in NYC)
  • Potluck @ The Comedy Store (in LA) »

Alison Leiby almost died at 19 from a spine surgery complication and only made it thanks to a rare, experimental procedure. In the more than 20 years that have followed she’s been asking the question “Is it really worth surviving when being alive is a constant humiliation?”

In an hour of mostly new and some worked out material, Leiby reframes what it means to live when everything is hard, stupid, and embarrassing.
