$10

“No one expects their girlfriend to get cancer. I mean, everyone’s grandma gets cancer. That’s what grandma’s do.”

Elizabeth has stage 4 cancer and Jesse has a lot of feelings about it. This semi-autobiographical play is about the intricacies and anxieties of being in a relationship with a terminal diagnosis; it’s also about love, work, death, and the super easy task of navigating the American healthcare system.

By Elizabeth Hayhurst and Jesse Arlen Klein

Directed by Hal Rudnick
