Todd Macabre (in LA)

  • « Q.E.D. Astoria (in NYC)
  • Eastville Comedy Club (in NYC) »

This Halloween season, after a sold out extended run at Hollywood Fringe, Ian Bratschie brings his award winning solo show to haunt the Elysian stage.

For over a decade, Ian has haunted the LA clown scene as both performer and teacher—and now he unleashes his beautifully deranged solo show.

Born with a deep obsession for the gothic and grotesque—from Jekyll and Hyde to Mary Shelley—Ian invites you into a fog-drenched dreamscape where classic horror collides with modern vulnerability. Cloaked in a cape and crowned with a top hat he has no business wearing, Ian becomes Todd Macabre, your unreliable narrator, leading you through the eerie woods of his neurodivergent mind.

This is clowning at its most exposed: a wild, theatrical autopsy of queerness, internal battles, and the strange joy that lives in unearthing the truth, even when it terrifies you.

Directed by Cassie Ahiers
