Tales from the Crypt Theater of Mystery (in LA)

Vintage spooky comic books come to life on stage! Captured Aural Phantasy Theater will be presenting live performances of classic “Tales from the Crypt” comic stories from the 50’s to add a little retro thrill to your Halloween season. Dynasty Typewriter will transform into the Theater of Mystery, featuring live readings of spine-tingling comic book stories, projections, live music, a little magic and haunting songs from our ethereal chanteuse.

The “Tales from the Crypt” title began as a delightfully demented and shocking comic book series in the early 1950’s, inspiring generations of horror writers and filmmakers. Captured Aural Phantasy Theater is the only group in the world authorized to perform these, and sister titles like “Weird Science,” live! Don’t miss the only chance you’ll get to see “Tales from the Crypt” on stage this Halloween season.
