The George Lucas Talk Show (in NYC)

May 4 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
$25
  • « Petty Cash Studios (in LA)
  • Funny Games @ The Elysian (in LA) »

A show for Star Wars fans and non-fans alike returns to the UCB theater for the first time in five years! Comedian Connor Ratliff (“Dead Eyes”, “The Marvelous Mrs Maisel”) appears as George Lucas, the creator of Star Wars, and interviews guests like a “normal talk show”. He is joined by sidekick Watto, played by Griffin Newman (“Blank Check”, “The Tick”), and show producer Patrick Cotnoir. The show has been running since 2014 and was a regular show at the UCB Theatre in New York City for years. It has been streaming on Twitch and touring around the world since 2020.

Collider called them ‘a bit of sunlight streaming into our lives’ and they were featured in Rolling Stone, talked about on Seth Meyers, had a very successful run at the Edinburgh Fringe Fest and were recently the subject of a feature length documentary that made the festival rounds and is currently available on VOD.
